These terms. These terms apply to your use of the CellarHand Pocket app and our website, cellarhandpocket.com. By using the app or the website you agree to them.
Buying the app. The app is sold through Google Play and the App Store. Payment, refunds and your purchase are handled by the store under its own terms.
Your licence. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, including in your work at a winery or vineyard. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows you to.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of wine or other product, loss of profit or business, or any other indirect loss arising from your use of the app or from errors or omissions in it, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the app.
Changes. We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a new date at the top.
