CellarHand Pocket is published by Blue World Media Limited ("we", "us"). This policy covers the CellarHand Pocket app and our website, cellarhandpocket.com.
What the app collects. The app does not need an account, and all calculations are carried out on your device. The current version of the app does not send your data to us or to anyone else. If a future version uses analytics or similar services, we will update this policy to describe them.
What the app stores on your device. The app saves your unit preferences and a note that you have accepted the disclaimer. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you delete the app.
If you send us feedback from the app. Tapping Feedback in the app opens your email app with a message addressed to us (older versions of the app use a feedback form instead). If you choose to send it, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write.
Our website. The website sets cookies it needs to work, such as those that keep the contact form secure. We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used; these may set their own cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs of requests, including your IP address and browser type, which we use only to keep the site running and secure. Older versions of the app download this policy and the disclaimer from our website, so those requests appear in the same logs. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not an automated program and may process your IP address and browser information to do so.
How we use what you send us. We use feedback and contact messages only to reply to you and to improve the app. We don't sell them or share them with anyone else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Children. The app is intended for people working in wine production and is not directed at children.
Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on our website and included in the next version of the app, with a new date at the top.
